On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, the Centre for Research in Territory Planning (CRAT) welcomed 38 students from the Scientific Monitoring Club, affiliated with the Department of Earth and Universe Sciences at Mohamed Khider University of Biskra.

This academic visit was organized under the framework of the cooperation agreement between both institutions. Accompanied by Professors Laamouri Bachir and Kassem Allah Nejat, the students explored CRAT’s scientific missions, departments, and practical research activities.

Professor Chaouki BENABBAS, CRAT Director, welcomed the group and highlighted the center’s commitment to supporting academic excellence and openness to scientific collaborations. Dr. Saighi Ouafa, Deputy Director, presented the CRAT’s structure and focus areas.

CRAT researchers, including Dr. Zakaria Matougui, Dr. Yacine Deksi, Dr. Sami Dabbabi, Dr. Ahmed Aliouch, Dr. Mohamed Ikbel Farah, Dr. Faisel Tout, Dr. Meriem Bourecherouche, and engineer Sara Keblouti, contributed insightful presentations.

The open discussion allowed for meaningful interaction and knowledge exchange between the students and the research staff.
