As part of the symposium organized by the Mila Province in collaboration with the Friends of Old Mila Association, in the presence of the province's top official, a cultural and scientific collaboration agreement was signed between the Center for Research in Territorial Planning (CRAT), Constantine 3 University, the Thematic Agency for Research in Social and Human Sciences (ATRSSH), and the Mila Province.
